Many of us come to yoga looking for change, sparked by a calling to feel healthier in our bodies, clearer in our minds, lighter in our hearts. Whether we’re conscious of it or not, whether it’s our first time or our thousandth time, there’s a desire to adapt, amend, reorient, shift, tweak, upgrade…the list goes on. So if transformation is what you seek, you’re in the right place.
Each time we step on the yoga mat or sit on our meditation cushion, we explore our body and mind in order to understand ourselves better. The insights and the clarity that we gain become our map to creating change.
I’m here to guide you and point out the interesting sights. Drawing on my extensive study in functional anatomy, I'll make it easy for you to understand the ins and outs of your body. The philosophy and wisdom I've collected along the way can help you get unstuck when you find yourself in the ruts of your mind. I share my own struggles and triumphs so that they may illuminate a path for you to discover the depths of your own heart.
Along this journey together, may we discover how to embrace all parts of ourselves and accept change willingly and enthusiastically; may we expand into the (already existing) best parts of ourselves; may we all take deeper breaths and laugh a whole lot more.
These one-on-one sessions are tailored to help you recover from an injury or refine your practice.
My workshops are a blend of useful anatomy and practical tips that students can apply to their practice straight away. Inspirational and masterful theming make the immersive experience both fun and memorable.
